We started out with all our videos in Apple Quicktime movie format.

Mac users should have no problem viewing them but you will need to
have the Quicktime plugin installed if you are running Windows.

Alternatively, we are working on getting all our videos converted
to Adobe Flash .flv format.

If you're still having problems viewing the videos, make sure you have
the latest Flash plugin.
